Zoal is a website for women in their thirties focusing on the role of a modern woman in today’s society. She could be a mother, a wife or partner, a housewife and have a full-time career akin to any of her male equivalents.

So how does a woman accomplish all of these things and still leave a little time for herself? At Zoal we stand in true admiration of women everywhere who cope daily with their equal share of duties in an unequal society.

Over the coming months Zoal will feature ordinary, everyday, yet outstanding women and the stories of their successes, obstacles and the sources of their strength. We believe that it is for both men and other women to increase their awareness of the intricacies of her daily life, her hopes, dreams and fears, so that they may have a greater appreciation for the inner beauty which lies just beneath the surface.

Rarely a month goes by when there is not news of women reaching the pinnacle of business and government life. The days of promoting a woman just to make up the numbers or some other political correct reason have all but disappeared. In today’s fiercely competitive world of business, the big guns are being brought out to combat threats from overseas companies around the globe.

At the present rate, women will rule the world and men could be struggling to keep up. We should state that this site certainly does not have everything against men; Going from one extreme to another is rarely the sensible answer. Men, however have for a long time been born in a world which thought of them as the dominate species and they will never have to give birth to a child.

Women are still gathering momentum and they look to fully exhaust the opportunities which they themselves have created.

Ten years from now the world will look very different.
